Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA depending on the carrier. 

You will always receive an email or text confirmation once you place your order, as well as once the package is ready to ship with your tracking information. 

Orders outside of Canada may be charged additional fees by the shipper that are out of our control, but we try to use specific shipping partners to minimize these costs.

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from www.malanteandco.com if photographic proof of damage and the receipt is submitted to info@malanteandco.com within 48 hours of arrival.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or products purchased from anywhere other than www.malanteandco.com.

We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products.
